Welcome to Invisible to In-Demand, an online course hosted by Nicole Kelley Digital Marketing. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in the course and outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant. By enrolling in this course, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Description
This 8-week online program is designed to equip current travel business owners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to set-up and manage a lead generation funnel field by Meta Ads. The course includes expert trainings, live coaching, downloadable resources, and practical implementation strategies.
3. Enrollment
- Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals interested in generating more leads for their travel business.
- Registration Process: To enroll, participants must complete the registration form and submit payment via the Kajabi platform. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
- Access to Course Materials: Once enrolled, participants will receive access to the course classroom, live call links, and the private course community.
4. Course Structure and Schedule

Duration: The course runs for 8 weeks and includes 4 live core sessions (that take place over the first 2 weeks) and then weekly group Office Hours for the next 6 weeks so you can get additional support to optimize your funnel.

Community Support: A private course community will be available for questions, support, and collaboration with fellow participants.
5. Refund Policy
If you join us for the first group session and decide that this program is not the right fit for you, we’ll refund your full tuition, no questions asked.

Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the first group coaching call.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of the course creator. Materials may not be copied, shared, republished, or redistributed for personal or commercial use without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The course creator is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use course materials. All business decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the participant.
8. Participant Responsibilities
By enrolling, participants agree to:

9. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the course, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in the state of California. Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
